Howdy! Welcome to my "slice" of the internet, where pecans and passion come together in the most delicious way.

Once upon a time, I was stuck in a construction job that was slowly killing my spirit and body. Growing up, school was tough, and I struggled to find a career that I could enjoy, be good at, and feel respected in. 

Then, in the fall of 2021, a spark of hope ignited. A coworker asked me to make a pecan pie, and around the same time, my wife, Ashley, told me to “stop smoking brisket every weekend!” So, I decided to try something different – smoking the pecan pie instead of baking it. To my surprise, it was a hit! My coworkers loved it and started ordering more, encouraging me to try selling at farmers markets.

One market turned into two, and before I knew it, I had quit my job and “went for it!” Starting and running this business hasn’t been easy, but it’s been a dream come true. I love meeting all my wonderful customers and being my own boss. I hope to keep doing this forever, sharing my smoked delights with all of you.
