Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders placed by Monday at 12 PM (CST) will be baked fresh and shipped on Wednesday via UPS Ground. Orders placed after Monday at 12 PM (CST) will be shipped the following week to ensure your products are as fresh as possible.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?

A: Currently, we are unable to accommodate rush orders. Our products are baked fresh to order, and we want to ensure the highest quality for every shipment.

Q: How do you ensure freshness during shipping?

A: We bake and ship all orders on the same day (Wednesday) and use UPS Ground shipping to minimize transit time. We also package our products carefully to protect them during their journey.

Q: Can I pick up my order at a market?

A: Yes! If you'd like to pick up your order at one of our weekend markets, please contact us directly after placing your order to coordinate.
